Mapeband is a Polyester rubber tape for the flexible sealing and waterproofing of interior and exterior expansion joints.
Applications:
Flexible waterproofing of expansion joints of terraces, balconies, etc. to be treated with Mapelastic and of wall joints and floor to wall joints to be treated with Mapegum WPS, Mapelastic or Mapelastic Smart. Waterproofing of expansion joints of precast panels, piping, bath, shower and kitchen drains using the special Mapeband gaskets.
N.B.:
The joints between the Mapeband pieces must be bonded with Adesilex T Super.
