A universal sub-floor smoothing compound, Arditex is used in the preparation of cement/sand and concrete screeds, metal, quarry tiles, asphalt flooring (grade 1), granolithic or terrazzo floors, prior to applying the floor covering. May also be used for pre-smoothing timber floors prior to oversheeting with plywood. Arditex is partially self-smoothing and can be used under a damp proof membrane, such as Ardex DPM .

Application thickness (total): 0-30mm.
Application thickness (neat): 0-12mm.
Application thickness (with aggregate): 8-30mm. (use up to an equal volume of Ardex Aggregate to the Ardex mix.
Working time: 30 minutes at 20C.

Storage: Arditex powder has a storage life of not less than 12 months if stored in dry conditions. Arditex latex has a storage life of not less than 6 months in a sealed container if stored in frost free conditions, out of direct sunlight.
